• Preparing your property to sell. I will identify which improvements you should make to your home (if any) to increase the potential sale price
• Recommending quality and competitive service providers(inspectors, handymen, painters, landscapers, stagers, etc.
• Conducting open house and helping in staging your home to sell so that it makes a positive first impression among potential buyers, from the time they look at the listing photos, to the moment they walk in the door.
• Taking captivating and engaging photographs for the listing.
• Interpreting extensive and sometimes complicated paperwork during the offer process, so that you are making the right decisions before you sign the contracts.
• Having your best interest at heart throughout the process, including assisting in negotiating the best terms
• Ensuring the buyer is pre-approved and not just pre-qualified.
• Regularly providing updates and feedback from showings and about anything else that may concern you.
• Finalizing loose ends for closing and bing in your corner throughout the transaction.
